I been working like hell..well "HELL" actly cuz basically der's nth for me to do at da reception.

These 4weekS all i did was "finding work to do". I was literally bored tat i went n help at the other departments...(bell service, post mails, go buggy ride to the villas, help villa host to print out newspapers, go around fa hao to ppl...which weren't in RECEPTIONIST job description).


I learnt almost everything-tat-i-gotta-know s a lobby host. Updating gst info, encoding new keys, leading da gst, showin direction, checkin in, upsellin r already in my brain...but yesterday during briefing..my manager said I SHOULD asked my senior wut to do so tat i would not b blur n not knowin anythin at all. DAM! she blind wan ah? (HELLOOOOO~~~~ i'm using the system to do my "receptionist job" ova ere..*knock knock* can u see?? I'M.....KEYING IN......GUEST INFO........................) ish!


Ish...dahlah free labour...working lik admin pula..I ve neva...u heard me..NEVA stop findin work to do to keep myself occupied le...ish! kek ah kek ah KEK AH!!! she said she's ok wit it if i would lik to change to fnb.........we ll not waste each other's time. APA?!?! KEPALA OTAK KAU(not so angry la..juz fil lik using the word..it felt so cool..hahaha)...bila pula I nak tukar ke fnb ni..masa tu emas tau (but i'm stil freakin broke now)!


*sigh* mayb cuz i purposely skipped her briefing once...n accidently skipped her briefing the second time la.(cant blame me cuz nobody told me der's briefin in da mornin n i was busy layan-ing guest! too leng chai d da guest til i cant keep my eyes off from him.....SEE HOW BUSY I WAS!) n so she tot i din wan to be IN reception. n when i'm doing my works...she is always.....NOT there to see it. haha!

I'm doing my job quite well ya *clap clap clap*.
there's this old lady from duno which part of the earth lost her luggage at duno which part of the earth n eventually the luggage got stuck at duno which part of the earth...(u get wut i mean?)..she was WORRIED! I helped her to check wit concierge..calm her down..making lame joke.. get all the info she needs..FINALLY when the luggage came..personally called her n send the luggage to her room. she was SO THANKFUL..(wanted to buy her choc but i tengah broke ni). At the end of her trip to langkawi..she purposely came to lobby to find me...hold my hand..tears in her eyes...we looked at each other...blank for a moment...we couldn't let go our hand...it was hard...im gona miss her so much...it took us long....to say goodbye...(hahaha *dramatic much* juz bein kua cheong la). n again.......luck aint in my way...my manager wasn't there to see it...AGAIN.

...i was wronged...by her....s sumone...hu is juz wastin "each other" time at the reception. *sigh......big sigh.....SUPER BIG SIGH*

k la..gotta go back to work now....lazying around at business center (SEE! helping other department jaga guestS again). *head down.....big sigh*
